School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley is a Limited Liability Company (LLC), which owns and operates the website and all related services found at www.taniadaleydanceschool.com ("the Site").

Member Conduct
All activity on this Site must comply with these Terms. All Members agree to restrict any and all activity in connection with the use of this Site to lawful purposes only. Member shall not post or transmit through this Site any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley’s express prior, written approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. Member Information
In order to use certain services on the Site, you may be required to provide personal information (such as identification or contact information), You agree that any information you give to The Company will be accurate, correct and up to date.
Conditions of Participation
As a condition of participation, School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley requires Member’s consent to send e-mails. Upon registration, Member agrees to receive these and other forms of electronic correspondence but may change his or her consent under his or her profile settings. Member may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of any electronic correspondence.
License Grant
By posting communications on or through this Site, Member shall be deemed to have granted to the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sub-license such rights through multiple tiers of sub-licensees.
Member Passwords and Account Security
Member assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with Member’s account with School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley and agrees to be solely responsible for all account activities. Member agrees to immediately notify School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley at schoolofdf@gmail.com if he/she becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his/her account.
E-mail communications
School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley will generally communicate with Members by e-mail. Member thus consents that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Privacy
Member acknowledges that all discussion for ratings, comments, bulletin board service, chat rooms and/or other message or communication facilities (collectively "Discussion") are public and not private communications, and that others may read Member’s communications without Member’s knowledge. School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley does not control or endorse the Discussion, and, therefore, School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley specifically disclaims any liability concerning the Discussion and any actions resulting from Members’ participation in any Discussion, including any objectionable content. Member grants School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley the right to use such Discussion for promotions, advertising, market research or any other lawful purpose without territorial, time or other limitation. Termination
School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley may terminate this Agreement at any time. School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley shall have the right to immediately terminate any passwords or accounts of Member in the event of any conduct by Member which School of Dance and Fitness by Tania Daley, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Member of this Agreement. The provisions relating to Modified Terms, Member Conduct, Privacy, Copyright and Trademarks, Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability and Indemnification will survive termination of this Agreement.
Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, Member agrees that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Member agrees to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of Louisiana.
